A selection of locally made sourdough bread from a superb local Shire bakery. All hand make from scratch, a range of naturally fermented sourdough’s containing only, flour, water & salt, using the best organic & Australian ingredients. The fermentation of the doughs are made without the use of commercial yeast, added improvers, added gluten or other dough conditioners.
All comes sliced unless otherwise advised and arranged directly.
