Country Valley milk is run by John and Sally Fairley and in Picton, New South Wales. Their family has been living in this valley for over 165 years, farming everything from peas to cattle. THE DAIRY was opened in 1958 and has been running tirelessly ever since.
Country Valley milk is 100% pure milk with no added permeate. Their organic milk is farmed in Moss Vale and Nowra on fully certified organic farms and is available in full cream and lite. It is farmed without the use of pesticides, herbicides or chemicals. The milk comes straight from the cows to the plant and then out to customers, with very little transport involved. Country Valley milk is extremely fresh and therefore the shelf life is longer, up to seventeen days on the label but it actually keeps longer than that.
