Country Valley milk is run by John and Sally Fairley and in Picton, New South Wales. Their family has been living in this valley for over 165 years, farming everything from peas to cattle. THE DAIRY was opened in 1958 and has been running tirelessly ever since.
Country Valley’s Premium Unhomogenised Milk is as close to nature intended that you can legally sell for consumption in Australia! (It is still pasteurized so is 100% safe to legally drink.)
The key difference is that all its fats and their structures remain intact so that the cream sits on the top just like milk used to in the olden days. So be sure to give it a shake before drinking!
